New Friends

This past year I've made some new friends. The college program that I'm doing (CollegePlus! which I still need to do a post on) has a forum that you can get on for study tips, but also to get to know some of the other students. I have made sooo many incredible friends. Each one of them has been a blessing in one way or another, and some of them have become like sisters and brothers to me.
This spring I got to meet two of the students that are from Alaska, Esther and her older brother, (and her parents and adorable younger siblings =o)) Then we got to visit again this fall, it was so fun!
Me and Esther
So, even though I'm not going to a community college...it's not like I'm completely shut out from people =o) and I think I like this better, because I don't have to be around them all the time :D

This is great! Really...I don't think you're missing anything by not going to the university or a community college.
Unless you like being 1 out of 500 students that actually wants an A on the test.
I made some Christian friends up on the main campus that were awesome. (We had all kind of known of each other from home-schooling) and we all had lunch together a few times a week. And they were great college friends, the kind that you see a few times a year and its good. But none of us had classes together, and being able to miss out on the dorm life was a blessing.
Looking back I don't feel like I missed anything not living at school. And it sounds like this College Plus program is awesome and that you're enjoying it!!
Very cool :)

I had two comments pop into my head when I read the last bit: "ouch." and "no comment.". But I know what you will say to the latter, and there isn't anything you can say to the former; therefore my comment is ouch.

Tori- haha, to tell you the truth, I don't think I'm missing out on much either :D
*ahem* Mr. 3- I know who you are and you're pretty smart to know what I would say to your comment "no comment" because I don't even know what I would say :P and I'm sorry your comment is "ouch" do you want a band-aid? :D
