SOOOO CUTE!!!

My horseback teacher's mare Ellie, had her baby on Sunday night. It's a little black and white filly and she is soooo adorable...These first two pictures my teacher sent to me, but the rest I took.

She really bonded with Mrs. Ginger, because Ellie had the baby outside the little shed, and Mrs. Ginger wanted her inside the shed, so she went out and moved her and in that little amount of time that Mrs. Ginger held her the baby bonded with her, and it's sooo sweet watching her with my teacher.

Mrs. Ginger thinks she might be homozygous. That means that she will always drop pinto foals, but they can only tell by DNA tests...so I think my teacher is going to get some tests done to find out.

So there's no name for her yet, but when they give her one I'll be sure to tell you;o)

Horses and Bunnies=o)

Hey everyone....I was too lazy to just upload the pictures it's faster this way....

The music on this Smilebox is called Dancing Horse (I know...I know...he wasn't dancing...but I fits the mood huh!) It's by a guy named David Anthony he plays the piano and he doesn't write his music down....so I can't get any of it to play myself...I just have to enjoy it this way....

This one is about our rabbits....When you watch it if you click on the pictures, some of them get bigger, and there is one movie, but there is alot of background noise so you might want to turn it down a little bit...Enjoy!

To appease Aimee=o)

I know this isn't most of you guys favorite subject...but it's my blog and I'm just posting this till I get my other post done=o)
These are the 4 breed of horses that I want the most....of course I would probably settle for anything=o)
This one and the next one are Paints and I always get them mixed up but I think the Paints are a specific breed themselves=o)

These next two are Palominos....I've only seen one Palomino in my whole entire life the I really liked....and I can't find any pictures that look anything like that one looked...so you'll have to settle for these=o)

The next four are Pintos...and I think they are just a color and not a specific breed...but I'm not sure...maybe Tori can tell me=o)

and the last six are my most favoritest ones of all=o) (that's why there's the most pictures of them...) They are called Gypsy Vanners and they are a pretty new recognised breed they've been around for a while. The gypsies bred different horses together to get a draft looking breed to pull their wagons, but still with bright colors ('cause they liked bright colors=o) They look like a draft horse but they aren't as big and they are supposed to be really good family horses and I think they are gorgeous=o)

So that must not have been to bad if you got this far...so maybe horses aren't as bad as you think=o)

On Tuesday we went out to the Tormey's. We brought my bigger bunny, Conygan, out to find a boyfriend=o) Brittany was working, so Jaret and I took Chord and Calder bareback riding, Chord and Jaret rode on the pony Snickers, and Calder and I rode Star....so enjoy the pictures, I didn't put them on in the right order=o)

Isn't this the most adorable picture of Calder!!!!?

This is Addi Jo

Sutton took Cutter, Teague, Cadence, and Addi Jo on a four-wheeler ride

This is their new baby goat, she was born during the fair. Her name is Delta Dawn named after the Dela barn were she was born=o)

So it is was a pretty fun day=o)

There's a first time for everything...right?

Two weeks ago at my horseback riding lessons, I did three things for the very first time.
1. I rode a different horse at my lesson
2. I got to canter
3. I fell off
So, for number one...the horse I usually ride was at a horse show, so I had to ride my teacher's mare who's a little more lively then Splash....her name is Mystery. She's part Appaloosa and part Morgan, and she is very attached to Splash (you'll understand why I put that part in later on in the story...=o)

For number two...I got to canter...now I know all you people who think I'm obsessed with horses will not believe this and think I'm going crazy or something, but you go from trotting which is like clump clump clump clump to cantering which is like clump.....clump......and this is not an exaggeration, but you feel like you are flying...I know horse people say riding a horse is like flying, but it's true if you're cantering...it's so smooth and fun and graceful...okay enough with that...

Now for point three....falling off...I was riding bareback (and I don't do very well with that anyways) and Splash came home, well Mystery saw him and decided she was going to trot around the arena to get to him...well I wasn't ready for it and so I started slipping, now if it was Splash he would have stopped because that's what he does when he feels you fall off...but Mystery either doesn't or was just so excited that she wasn't paying attention to me...so I started slipping and I was slipping towards the fence...and the teacher says "Don't grab the fence! Don't grab the fence!" Well I was already falling off the horse that way so I just grabbed the fence, because I couldn't regain my balance and fall the other way or I wouldn't have fallen off at all...so I grabbed the fence and the horse walks a few feet and stops...and the teacher tells me that I'm not supposed to grab the fence and why and all the stuff teacher's are supposed to say and then while she was talking she helped me get back on really fast...and I didn't realize till later that she made me get back on so fast so that I wouldn't be scared and not want to ride anymore. Anyway...there's my exciting life story...

She was being a stinker and kept pulling her head away from me...

I think I was cantering in this picture, but I'm not sure...
I'm going to post lake pictures...along with everybody else who did...but I'm not sure when I'll get to it...

More horseback riding lessons=o)

I'm lunging Splash at a trot in this movie...

Now...I'm attempting to mount him bareback...last week I jumped up on his back and almost fell off=o) I think I actually like riding bareback better then with a saddle though...

I don't know why...but for some reason I was making faces in all the pictures mom took=o) but it wasn't because I wasn't having fun....=o)

In this picture...I look like I'm riding really fast or something...but I was trotting down a hill...=o)
